I'm Vic and I'm the founder of Perinatal Insight Consultancy. I provide expert, evidence-based insight across the full perinatal journey, including women's general health and wellbeing. I'm an experienced NMC-registered midwife, midwifery lecturer and former NHS England Maternity Clinical Fellow. Perinatal Insight Consultancy empowers healthcare providers, maternity services, FemTech founders and academic institutions to enhance perinatal care and improve outcomes for women and their families.
Why I started this journey:
I started this consultancy because I believe women deserve better. Better care, better understanding and better innovation across every stage of their their health journey. After years in clinical midwifery, education and leadership, I saw the gaps between research and practice, between innovation and lived experience. Perinatal Insight Consultancy was born from a deep commitment to bridge those gaps. To bring expert, evidence-based guidance to those shaping the future of women and families health. Whether in healthcare, education, or FemTech. This work is personal, purposeful, and rooted in the belief that when we centre women and families, everything changes for the better.
